Punchtime at The Globe and MailPublished May 2, 2016
The Globe and Mail, one of Canada’s leading news organizations, recently featured Punchtime in a video segment (“New app allows companies to keep close tabs on their workers”).
In the video, the executive director of Terrace Youth Wellness Program, Terri Storey, explains to reporters why they have adopted Punchtime.
“It’ll be able to track for us how much money, how much time we’re actually driving in the daytime, where our locations are, and give us real numbers around mileage.” One employee explained that the employees are sometimes in potentially dangerous situations. “I think it’s beneficial because if we need help head office is able to track us and find out where we are.”
